Organic Beauty Through The Eyes Of PETA.

Step back in time just a couple of months, and there you would find me crying many a tear as a result of my genuine heartbreak during an eye-opening meeting with PETA. Throughout my life I have been an animal lover, and I have always been torn between guilt and temptation when it comes to the issue of vegetarianism. Whilst I have always known that thousands of animals are slaughtered each and every day for our own selfish needs, whether or not to consume meat was out of my hands in my younger years. Growing up in a large family who often met for get-together dinners, and embarked on many a lunch outing, it was always much simpler to cook one large portion enough to feed everybody, or to visit a restaurant catering for the tastes of us all.  Consuming meat was always the most convenient option. It is a sad reality that it is (far too) often much easier to pick up a pulled pork sandwich or cheeseburger from the street food venders than it is to visit a restaurant catering for vegetarian needs whilst visiting a busy city centre. Despite my guilt, it had never actually occurred to me that the animals we so effortlessly consume are exposed to such despicable torture every day.

A  month or two down the line, it occurred to me that animal cruelty is not limited to eating meat. So many of the products we use as part of our daily routine contain animal byproducts that we completely fail to acknowledge. For as long as I can remember, I have made every effort to only purchase and use products that are completely animal friendly. The Body Shop, Lush and LouLouBelle skincare have quickly established themselves as my very favourite cosmetics companies for that very reason. Of course, the heavenly fragrances of their products greatly contribute to my fondness for them. After another meeting with PETA last Friday, I am so delighted that I made the decision to use animal friendly products when I did. Although many products are not tested on animals, particularly since the implementation of the sales ban last year, many cosmetics do still contain animal byproducts, which unfortunately means that they are not vegan. I decided to explore the growing (and wonderful) mania that is Organic Beauty through the eyes of the most active organisation in the world.

Organic Beauty seems to be flourishing in popularity, and more and more brands seem to be opting for an animal-friendly packaging. How would you summarise organic beauty, and how does this growing mania contribute to the protection of animals and the movement away from animal cruelty?

Labels can be so misleading, and any animals involved in the process of beauty can be subjected to all the same methods of cruelty that occur during the production of non-organic cosmetics. PETA, therefore, encourages all shoppers to purchase only cruelty-free cosmetics. A list of cruelty free companies can be found on the PETA U.S website. Companies included in our list have either signed PETA U.S' statement of assurance, or provided a statement verifying that they and their suppliers do not conduct, commission or pay for any tests on animals for their ingredients, formulations or finished products anywhere in the world, and that they promise not to do so at any time in the future.

Whilst many people do want to stop using products tested on animals, or those that contain animal byproducts, many of the alternatives are very expensive. What advice would you offer to those who cannot afford expensive alternatives? Are there any products that you would recommend to these people?

In fact, nowadays, there are many cruelty-free companies catering for every price bracket! A EU-wide ban in 2013 prevented (and continues to prevent) companies from selling cosmetics which have been tested on animals, so British people can rest assured that they are already avoiding products that have been tested on animals since the commencement date. However, companies based within the EU are still able to sell products outside of the EU, with ingredients that have been tested on animals, as long as the animal testing was done elsewhere. With more education on the issues, and greater awareness of the cruelty associated with animal experiments, consumers around the world will increasingly demand cruelty-free products. Ultimately, consumers, regardless of their socio-economic status will punish irresponsible companies.

Which everyday things can people change about their daily routine to contribute to the protection of animals? Are there any regimes that we're performing that are actually contributing to animal testing, or some method of animal cruelty down the line?

The single most effective thing that anyone can do to bring an end to the vicious cycle of cruelty to animals is to stop eating them. Far more animals raised for meat, dairy products and eggs suffer and are killed every day than in any other industry. The great news is that in addition to saving animals, ditching animal products from our diets is also great for the environment and our own health, because vegans are, on average, slimmer than their meat-eating counterparts and less prone to various diseases including cancer, heart disease and diabetes. In addition, many people also credit their vegan diet with improving their skin, the condition of their hair and nails, and their overall feeling of well-being.

Many cosmetics used in everyday life still contain animal byproducts, which means that they are simply not vegan. Examples include cows' urine, sheep placenta, horses' hooves and shark liver oil (squalene). Crushed beetles (carmine) are also often found in bright lipsticks, while fish scales (guanine) are sometimes found in nail varnishes and shampoo in order to give the products a shimmery look. The list of excretions and body parts that go into some beauty products is enough to make anybody's skin crawl. PETA encourages every shopper to buy only cruelty-free and vegan cosmetics which can be found on PETA's list of companies that don't test on animals. Many of these compassionate companies also feature PETA's cruelty-free bunny logo on their products.

What do you hope to see in the future of cosmetic companies who do not hold the same animal friendly ethics that you do, and currently test on animals?

The very welcome decisions by Urban Decay and John Paul Mitchell Systems to reverse plans to sell in China - and thus be required to test on animals – after talks with PETA US show that companies can and do respond to public concern in a very direct way. Similarly, after intensive efforts by PETA India, Union Minister Maneka Gandhi and others, the Indian Ministry of Health and Family Welfare announced last week that it has officially banned animal-tested cosmetics from being imported. This just goes to demonstrate the power of people to make changes. If other countries follow suit, as we expect they will now, it will no longer be up to companies whether or not to test. The industry is aware that animal testing comes at a significant cost to its reputation and is increasingly moving away from animal tests. Animal tests aren't just bad ethics – they're bad science, because they focus on the wrong species. Non-animal testing methods are becoming faster, cheaper and more sophisticated all the time, and worldwide, governments are investing hundreds of millions of pounds in developing new methods which will really predict what happens in humans.

What can the general public do to become more inhabited by those ethics?

Pressure from consumers and campaigners has massively reduced the number of animals used for testing by the cosmetics industry over the last 20 years. Everyone now knows that cosmetics testing on animals is wrong, and Europe's precedent-setting policy against it should be a point of pride for us all. But we need to keep the pressure on. Those who don't want to support cruel animal tests that involve substances being forced into animals' stomachs or dripped into rabbits' eyes can visit PETA UK's Action Centre to see what they can do to help.

A Rapid Route to Beauty That We Should All Know About!

In my moments of morning madness, I often find myself complaining to my mum that I should have been born a boy. Whilst I hasten to complain, and of course, I love the femininity that comes with being a woman, there are times when I can't help but think that being a boy would be so much easier. No periods, no childbirth, no chocolate cravings, no hormones. Definitely easier. During weekends and holidays, I love nothing more than sitting cross-legged in front of my mirror, taking my face on a make-up adventure and transforming my look from pretty and girly to dramatically glamorous depending upon how I am feeling. During the working week, however, I spend precisely ten tragic minutes applying my make-up, desperately attempting to conjure my hair into a respectable style and throwing on anything remotely fashionable. There are days when I catch a glimpse of myself and think; actually, i'm looking pretty darn good today! Unfortunately, on the contrary, I also experience many a day during which I wish and wish that the ground would swallow me whole. I often wonder how many other women in the world dream of a morning routine consisting simply of the wash and go method so easily executed by men. I can't help but imagine how wonderful it must be to indulge in those precious extra twenty minutes of uninterrupted slumber in the mornings. Instead, I find myself frantically dashing about my bedroom in an effort to make myself look beautiful (or, at the very least, human).

I finally decided that enough was enough. Mornings are exhausting enough without the additional pressure of making ourselves look fabulous. I took to the Google tab of my browser (with notebook firmly in hand) and began to hunt for those wonderful little hacks that were surely sent from heaven to make the lives of women so much simpler. And, that would hopefully make my morning regime even a little less traumatic. I soon found myself furiously scribbling various notes on the perfect winged liner, 2-in-1 blusher/lipgloss and, my favourite, speedy contouring tips. If, like me, you find your morning routine more strenuous than pampering, look no further than these handy little tips sure to make your wake up make-up regime a luxury. They have certainly worked for me!

The Perfect Winged Eyeliner

Pretty, winged eyeliner can transform any look from plain to chic with the simple swish of a wand. Literally. These six simple steps performed by the lovely Dani Hawley for Pocketful of Dreams beautifully demonstrate how easily the perfect winged eye can be achieved. This guide is perfect for those particularly stressful mornings, during which you find yourself running late, but in urgent need of a chic beauty fix.

For a subtle yet sultry look, simply apply your favourite creamy shadow to the entire eyelid. Using darker shades, frame the outer-eye and manipulate lighter shades to open up the inner-eye, before applying the classic winged liner. For a more dramatic effect, simply add your favourite strip of false lashes. This is the perfect look for a night out, or for that all important interview.

Simpler eyeliner application

The fabulous minds of Cosmopolitan have uncovered the perfect solution for difficult-to-apply pencil liner. Simply hold your black, white, burgundy (or whichever colour you may wish to use) kohl pencil under the flame of a match or lighter for a second or two. Allow the pencil to cool for fifteen seconds to avoid injury, and then witness the consistency of your liner change before your very eyes. You will find that your newly-gelled liner will glide effortlessly across the eye, leaving behind a beautiful, silky smooth line in an instant!

Cara-worthy Eyebrows On The Go

Cara Delevingne has quickly established herself as the queen of the brow and as a result, more girls than ever are queuing up for their very own dose of HD brow therapy. If Cara-worthy brows were achievable in just five minutes, we would all have our very own set pulling us through those long, less-than-fashionable days. Luckily, the NARS squad are ahead of the game, armed with the perfect 'perfect brow' solution. The Brow Perfecter, a super-blendable propeller pencil, fills in brows quickly and evenly without leaving any harsh lines behind, and is just £16.50. This lovely creation means that girls everywhere can finally (and super quickly) achieve gorgeous brows that even Cara herself would be proud of.

Baby Doll Kiss and Blush

For those admirable, on-the-go kind of women who cleverly manage to coordinate their driving and lipgloss application. Yves Saint Laurent are making their job a little bit easier with their fabulous lip and cheek combination. This gorgeous tint, available in various shades, looks divine on the lips and soft on the cheeks, making it a must-have addition to both the make-up bag, as well as the purse.

Organised Cosmetics

Trying to locate that gorgeous new lipstick, or that concealer that you simply cannot leave the house without applying is a nightmare that nine out of ten girls can relate to, particularly if you're heading out in a hurry and need to look your best. It's a great idea to organise your cosmetics based on how regularly you use them; with the most-used products stored in those more convenient places, and those products that you use for only special occasions tucked away in a safe place. An organised set of cosmetics will lead to a much easier, much more structured routine in the morning!

Do you have any tips to make the morning routine that little bit more luxurious? I'd love you to share it with me!

Kindness? Exert it, always.

Gorgeous image courtesy of Twitter/ChrisO'Dowd
Last night, snuggling down into the comforting depths of my duvet as the wind and rain slammed violently against my windows (with a delightful cup of tea very kindly made by my lovely fiancé close at hand) I finally found myself indulging in the latest edition of Glamour Magazine. I have been so preoccupied with various exciting projects of late that I have barely had any me time at all. I quickly lost myself in a beautiful world of gorgeous fashion, glamorous make-up and intriguing columns, among which was the usual pearl of wisdom from Dawn o'Porter.

Within her column, Dawn discussed the simple revelation that is kindness. After discovering the lovely little mantra, Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about, be kind, always, Dawn pondered the many experiences she has had with unkind critics so eager to drown her spirit at the most difficult moments in her life. Whilst maintaining kindness should be such an obvious act of humanity, it so often is not. Losing myself further in her column, I realised that Dawn had actually instilled in me a revelation of my very own. We are all so quick to be judgmental. And yet, kindness - which should be exercised in all that we do - seems so very hard to place sometimes. We are often so overcome by the stress of our working day, or by that horrendous outbreak of unwanted spots, or by that unexpected bill, that we take out our problems on those least deserving of it.

We are so often reminded to live for ourselves, and to put our own happiness first. But I have always met great difficulty when trying to live by that golden rule. Is it wrong for me to consider such guidance to be completely and utterly downright selfish? I can't help but feel that the importance of exerting kindness to others should be more of a priority than the selfish cushioning of our own feelings. Wouldn't it make us feel wonderful, to know that we had made somebody smile from deep within? Dawn hit the nail on its ugly head when she spoke of how deeply damaging nastiness (particularly nastiness practiced online) can be. Dawn and I both work within careers of the same nature, and for that reason I can thoroughly associate with the horrific self doubt she has experienced at various milestones throughout her working life. Writing makes you feel good, particularly when you can passionately exert your honest vulnerability and transform it into an art form. The positive critics push you to the tip of the highest, most beautiful mountain...until that one negative comment leaves you helplessly plummeting into a bottomless pit of despair and self loathing. It always bothers me how anybody could so easily, knowingly hurt somebody.

Dawn has flourished throughout her writing career, and as a result is now a wisdom-wielding goddess turned to by young girls in their hour of need of some serious life advice and reassurance that actually, they're doing great. Whilst I have a looooooooong way to go before I reach such a satisfying level of success, and I am just setting out on the great journey ahead of me, I too have experienced heartbreaking negativity, and it really does smash your self confidence into fragile little pieces. Many times I have found myself buried under my duvet crying, questioning my abilities as a writer. And it's simply awful. I fully acknowledge and appreciate the individual thoughts and opinions of every critic out there. I understand that there are always going to be negative critics, no matter who you are. But, as my late Nana taught me, if you have nothing nice to say, you shouldn't say anything at all. I have decided, like Dawn, to make a concerted effort to demonstrate true kindness in all that I do. Who's with me?

Unit 51: A gem at the heart of the creative quarter.

One of the greatest passions in life is food. That is precisely the reason why I spend so much of my time hunting down those quirky hidden gems so luxurious that they become my go-to places when i'm feeling glum, or if i'm feeling particularly generous and decide to take my fiancé out for a romantic lunch date. Upon discovering Unit 51, situated at the heart of the Baltic Triangle's creative quarter, I was absolutely delighted. It was immediately decided that a visit was nothing short of obligatory. After longingly browsing their detailed online menu, my colleague and I simply couldn't resist a visit during our lunch hour. So, bracing ourselves against the ruthless wind and rain, we buttoned up our coats and headed down to what I believed was soon to establish itself as my favourite lunchtime hangout.

The décor in Unit 51 is just so adorable.
I was particularly fond of the pots and jars!
Upon entering, I couldn't help but acknowledge the vibrant, bohemian atmosphere of the café. Filled with creative individuals and quirky décor, the venue is perfect for those seeking the perfect spot for inspiration, catching up with their friends or taking that all important me time during an otherwise hectic day. Scattered around the café are vintage pots and pans, kitchen equipment such as retro scales and jars, along with wicker baskets abundant with autumnal vegetables. A lovely touch!

The divine hot chocolate! I certainly made a good decision!
With a delightful range of hot and cold drinks on offer, choosing a drink is equally as challenging as choosing a meal in Unit 51...for all the right reasons, of course. Being the self-confessed chocoholic that I am, I couldn't resist opting for their (large) hot chocolate. As soon as my drink arrived, I knew that I had made a wise decision. My colleague decided on the oranges and lemons This Water, which was certainly fruity and very refreshing. As we were both particularly hungry (we foolishly avoided breakfast knowing that we'd be paying a visit to the lovely venue) we decided that we would order some sharer platters to get things started!

Our heavenly platter!
We decided to order the granary bread, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, as well as the crusty bread and hummus. Bursting with delicious flavour, the starters were absolutely heavenly. The portions were very generous; perfect for sharing! Artistically arranged on a plate of slate, the starters were not only delicious, but beautifully presented, too!

The Unit 51 Deli Bagel! Yum!
After much (painstaking) deliberation, we finally decided on our mains. I ordered the Unit 51 Deli Bagel, a specialty recommended by the lovely Sarah. A delightful combination of pastrami, gherkin, cheese, mayonnaise and mustard served on a fresh and crispy bagel, it was an instant hit! It was clear that each of the ingredients was of the highest quality, fresh and prepared lovingly to perfection. My colleague opted for the special of the day; Risotto served with fresh Portobello mushrooms and Parmesan...and she thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful. We were both impressed by the excellent presentation, outstanding quality and delightful taste of both dishes. It was clear to us both that the chef was exceptionally passionate about his works of art.

My colleague just loved the risotto.

I am an avid lover of fruity tea, with a particular passion for Unit 51's divine Deliciously Almond and Cherry. Luxurious rooibos tea, layered with sweet cherries and slices of almond, the tea is renowned for tasting like a heavenly slice of cherry bakewell in a cute little cup. Whilst almond and cherry is my favourite, I was absolutely elated when I spotted the seemingly endless jars of fruit teas available at Unit 51.

A briefcase filled with heavenly fruity tea is my idea of heaven!
So much tea, only one lifetime...
There are many delicious desserts and treats on offer at Unit 51, including their gorgeous homemade cakes, but after consuming so much bread the risk of me bursting was dangerously high. So, I decided to order one of their fruity smoothies instead. I decided on banana and peach, and I was not disappointed with my choice. Freshly blended using fresh fruit, the smoothie actually aided my bloating and made me feel completely refreshed! I was surprised by how wonderfully the flavours complemented one another!

Peach and banana smoothie! The perfect post-lunch boost!
My colleague decided that she couldn't resist one of the lovely cakes, and so she decided to order a toffee and peanut butter muffin, topped with mascarpone cheese and fudge pieces. Despite feeling full, I couldn't resist a cheeky nibble...and I instantly regretted my decision not to order my own. The cakes were just as divine as the main meals, and I will certainly be making a pit stop or two on my way into work, to pick up one of their heavenly creations.

A little piece of perfection.

A Perfect Contradiction - The Outsiders' Edition.

With the flip of a page in my diary, I realised much to my horror that today is once again Monday. Whilst Monday is renowned for precipitating those terribly intrusive post-weekend blues (those blues that always seem impossible to banish) this Monday is different. Wonderfully so. As I write this blog and sip my favourite fruity tea (divine cherry bakewell) my ears are filled by the beautiful melodies of Paloma Faith's perfect vocal styling.

This morning, I was delighted to see an invitation from the lovely team at Sony Music sitting in my inbox. I am all too aware that an email from Sony Music is always something to get particularly excited about. They ever so kindly asked if i'd like to preview Paloma's brand new album (eek) A Perfect Contradiction - The Outsiders' Edition, ahead of its release on November 10th. Of course, I was absolutely thrilled.

Featuring four brilliant new tracks, (including Paloma's own unique interpretation of her collaboration with Sigma for Changing) which only allude to Paloma's breathtaking talents further, the album is simply spectacular. When A Perfect Contradiction was released on March 10th this year, I was hand-on-heart satisfied that Paloma had risen to her musical crescendo and had successfully accomplished perfection. After listening (several dozen times) to her latest album, I am simply bewildered. The latest album features Paloma's brand new track Leave While I'm Not Looking, written by Diane Warren as a romantic sequel to the biggest selling single of Paloma's career, the beautiful Only Love Can Hurt Like This. The album also features fabulous collaborations with Naughty Boy, Sam Smith, Kylie and Robyn to name but a few. A lady famous for her beautifully unique, quirky spin on a gorgeous retro vogue, Paloma seems to do no wrong as she continues to flourish through her seventh perpetual year in her musical career. I can only begin to imagine the wonderful surprises she has planned for us in the future. Eep!

Plus sized? Oh, I don't think so...

Something that has always troubled me profusely is the composition of the three shameful words plus sized model. Freedom of speech and expression are basic human rights, and as with any and every topical issue in the world, there are always going to exist a set of divided opinions surrounding the concept of the ideal female physique.

Whilst everybody each has their own set of unique preferences, it bothers me that women with fuller, curvier figures are often (thoughtlessly) branded plus sized. I believe that by labelling women according to their body type, we're sending out harmful messages to younger generations.

I often think that by labelling curvy, beautiful women plus sized, we're senselessly teaching our children, younger brothers and sisters and those impressionable youngsters who take great inspiration from our worldly wisdom, that weight is what defines a woman. I worry that by categorizing women according to their size, we're allowing the minds of the future to define women not by their talents, wonderful personalities or their intelligence, but ignorantly, by the way they look.

Beauty should not be defined simply by a toned stomach and a thigh gap (whilst this too is beautiful). Nor should it be defined by prominent cheekbones, collarbones and slender legs. Cliche though it may sound, beauty radiates from within. Beauty is solely down to acceptance; it's about having the courage to be kind to other people, and accept yourself (cellulite and all). Because, let's face it; we are only human. Some women are born with a slender, lean frame. For other women, achieving such a physique is simply unrealistic. We are all born unique, individual and beautiful in our own way. Imagine for a second how boring the world would be if everybody looked the same? There would be no sense of excitement, and all adventure would be diminished.

We all have body goals. At some point or another, we have all made idle promises to actually hit the gym, but instead picked up a box of Krispy Kremes on the way home from work and eaten the lot. Sorry, not sorry. (Yes, I have actually done this, and it was totally worth it). For me, the most alluring kind of body is a healthy body. A body that radiates the happiness of the person inside it.

I am completely bewildered by Robyn Lawley, who astonishingly, is considered a plus sized model (which really infuriates me). Boasting her womanly curves, flat tummy and boobs and bum to die for, I am totally unable to understand how somebody so gorgeous can be so negatively labelled in haste.

What do you think? Do you consider Robyn a plus sized model, or a drop-dead gorgeous woman with a body to die for?

The Trainers are taking over!

Today bore no exception to the concept that we all learn something new every day. It seems that whilst i've been sipping honey and lemon in a desperate effort to rid myself of this pesky (and stubborn) winter cold, and searching the mysterious unknowns of my wardrobe for my favourite chunky knits as the cold weather digs its heels in, an unlikely trend has swept the world of fashion.

Just five years back, trainers were looked upon as the most un-glamorous form of footwear, only to be worn during P.E lessons in schools by mortified teens (and even then, they were massively uncool). Now, it seems that even the most style savvy of us are throwing in our chic heels in exchange for a pair of comfy kicks.

ELLE recently initiated a fashion-fuelled mission to uncover the mystery behind this sudden love for sneakers, and it soon became clear why this unlikely style icon has taken hold of fabulous ladies everywhere.

What do you think of the trainer trend?

Beauty blog: LouLouBelle skincare one week on.

This time last week I received my pretty little package from Magda. As I explained in my first LouLouBelle blog, Magda is the lovely founder of LouLouBelle skincare, and after reading my woeful blogs about battles with problem skin, kindly decided to send me some skincare gifts in the hopes that they could make my skin beautiful. I have suffered with oily, spot prone skin for as far back into my early teens as I can bear to remember, and despite my trials with many a prestigious skincare product, I have never seen any noticeable results.

Each of the three products I received (geranium and tea tree cleanser, lavender and cypress toner and a lovely calendula moisturiser) have been specially formulated for oily/problem skin using only the ingredients that Magda believes are necessary to have the most positive effects on the skin. Each product is made using specially selected essential oils, plant essences and floral waters. More importantly, Magda operates under strict animal friendly guidelines, which I was delighted to hear! Each of the beautifully scented products are tested on friends, family or on Magda herself. They refuse to test their products on animals and avoid bleaching agents, sulphates or artificial colourings or fragrances at all costs.

Results at last...

Whilst my skin is a long way from being completely clear of spots, I have already observed the positive results Magda's products promise. My spots are no longer raised or sensitive, there are fewer of them and they are barely visible once I have performed my makeup regime, which is great. My skin feels refreshed and hydrated, smells wonderful and - for the first time in a long time, looks as healthy as it feels.

My daily skincare regime...

In the mornings, I always feel terribly groggy until I have had that all important cup of tea. So, I like to make sure that my first task of the day is to pour myself an extra large cup. Following my morning shower, I flush my face with icy cold water, which always leaves my skin feeling toned and refreshed.

I begin my makeup regime by using my LouLouBelle products to prepare my skin. Firstly, I apply a generous spot of cleanser to cotton wool, and then gently glide across my cheeks, forehead and chin, ensuring that I have covered my entire face and neck. I always ensure that I pay particular attention to the most oily areas. I then apply two squirts of toner to a separate piece of cotton wool and again, gently wipe the cotton across my cheeks, forehead and chin. Whilst it is perfectly safe to use cleanser around the gentle eye area, it is recommended that contact with this area is avoided when applying the toner. Finally, I apply a pea-sized amount of moisturizer to the back of my hand, and distribute this evenly across my face and neck. This process usually takes around five minutes to complete, and always leaves me feeling completely refreshed...and my skin feeling radiant.

When I return home from a long day in our very vibrant office, the first thing on my agenda is to completely rid my skin of the impurities of the day. As I work in a busy city, I am always conscious of the effects of pollution that may be the root cause of my problem skin, and I believe it is essential to cleanse my skin of these as soon as I possibly can. Repeating the mornings' regime to remove my make-up, I thoroughly clean my face and neck to leave myself feeling refreshed once more.

I really hope the exhausting search for THE perfect product for me is finally over!

Like many, I have suffered with problem skin for as long as I can remember. Spots get a huge thumbs-down from me!

With make-up, and thanks to LouLouBelle, my spots are slowly starting to disappear.

I am so excited to see the long term results of my LouLouBelle regime!
